Support cases for goods return:

  1. Goods are wrong & missed.
  2. Goods have quality problems due to suppliers.
  3. Goods are expired at the received time.
  4. Goods are damaged during delivery.
Requirements for goods return:
  1. Have the bills or VAT invoice (If it has).
  2. Goods are kept in good condition by following supplier recommendation.
  3. Goods are full seal and full package. (Package produce).
  4. Do not apply for promotion goods.
  5. Every produce could be return one time.
